Scholarships, grants from private schools, state-funded education, and foundation projects

School times of war, when it seems like the world around is crumbling, education takes a backseat. But despite extraordinary circumstances, it's important for students to continue gaining knowledge. Education should persist and be of high quality, ensuring more.

Ukrainians have access to it for free. Here are some of the most advantageous offers for modern students.larships, grants from private schools, state-funded education, and foundation projects.

What is free access to education?

Free access to education is an initiative aimed at providing education to children from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Charitable Foundation "Children's Future" stands out by fully covering the costs of distance learning for students whose parents died in the war. It also partially covers the cost of education for the following categories of children:

● evacuated from territories of active combat operations;
● residing in temporarily occupied and liberated territories;
● whose parents are military personnel participating in combat operations;
● individuals with post-traumatic consequences and health disabilities due to war events.

The "Children's Future" foundation collaborates with the online school "Optima," so young Ukrainians can count on access to quality and modern educational materials. It's important that the educational platform operates 24/7, allowing studying at any time.

What projects are currently relevant?

1. Scholarship program for the education of children from the most vulnerable categories in the 2023/2024 academic year. The successful experience of the previous year showed that free access to education is extremely relevant in times of war. Over 800 students received scholarships. Currently, the foundation is launching a new program that provides scholarships for students in grades 1-11.
2. Charitable program "Recovery of Educational Losses." This project provides free access to education for all Ukrainian students in grades 1-11. The largest online school in Ukraine, "Optima," offers access to its unique educational materials for two subjects over three months.
3. Blended learning program in Ukrainian schools based on the "Optima" online school. This initiative provides free access to secondary education using modern technologies. The program is particularly relevant in areas where traditional education is complicated due to enemy attacks, lack of teachers, or other circumstances.
4. Charitable scholarship program for children whose parents died in the war. This program fully compensates for education in the "Optima" online school for orphaned children. Every Ukrainian has the right to support and free access to quality education.
5. Charitable scholarship program for children with special needs in the 2023/2024 academic year. The project provides free access to education for children belonging to vulnerable categories.

What can you do right now?

If you are parents or guardians of a school-age child, you have the opportunity to apply for participation in the relevant program. This could be a significant step in education and development even in times of war.

And if you simply want to support charitable initiatives and contribute to Ukrainian students getting free access to education, you can provide financial assistance. Your contribution will improve the lives of those facing difficult circumstances due to the war. By supporting educational initiatives, you help build the future of Ukraine.
