Thank you for your request! The request was successfully accepted and will be processed.The ‘For the Future of Children’ Charitable Foundation continues to support schoolchildren in the field of education: distance learning, extracurricular programmes and other educational services. Our aim is to provide every child with access to high-quality, modern and flexible education, regardless of where they live or their circumstances.
We are now accepting applications for the 2026/2027 academic year scholarship programme.
Scholarships are awarded to pupils in Years 1–11 to study at the ‘Optima’ distance learning school, which offers innovative educational materials, original courses and a personalised approach to pupils.
The Foundation’s scholarship programme goes far beyond providing financial assistance to children and families from socially vulnerable groups. It offers schoolchildren the opportunity to continue their education, develop their skills and stay connected to learning even in the most challenging circumstances. For many families, the programme has become a source of support that helps them overcome difficulties, adapt to new living conditions and maintain faith in the future.
Scholarships are intended for children under the age of 18 from the following categories:
• children with post-traumatic effects or chronic health problems;
• children who, during the war (2014–2025), have lost one or both parents (killed, missing in action or held captive);
• children of military personnel with ‘Combatant’ status;
• children living in de-occupied, temporarily occupied territories or in areas close to the fighting;
• internally displaced children from the combat zone;
• children from large families (three or more children).
Conditions for awarding the scholarship
The scholarship covers between 25% and 100% of the cost of tuition at the ‘Optima’ school, depending on the child’s category, the chosen service package and the fund’s resources.
Children under the age of 18 may apply:
• who are permanently resident in Ukraine (including temporarily occupied territories);
• who are temporarily abroad due to the war.
The child’s parents or legal guardians must provide documents confirming their status. All applications are reviewed by the foundation’s specialists in conjunction with school representatives.
Since 2022, we have already awarded scholarships to 2,462 children.
You can make any donation. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who supports our initiative. Your donation is an investment in the future of Ukrainian children who, despite all the difficulties, strive for knowledge, development and a decent life.
In the 2025/2026 academic year, Ukraine's first and largest distance learning school, Optima, together with the charity fund "For the Future of Children," will open the doors to the world of knowledge for those who need it most.
