Charitable Foundation “For the Future of Children” supports vulnerable children

In the summer of 2024, the Foundation raised funds to educate four students at the Optima distance school.

In the summer of 2024, the Foundation “ Children’s Future” worked hard to provide funding for schoolchildren in need of support to continue their education at the Optima distance school. Cooperation with the My City crowdfunding platform made it possible to raise funds for the education of four children from vulnerable categories. Despite their difficulties, the children continue to strive for knowledge!

•    Valeria Lutsenko is a talented and persistent girl. She always achieves high grades, even though her mobility is limited due to the need to use a wheelchair. For Valeria, distance learning is an opportunity to get a quality education without any obstacles. And now, thanks to the support of our foundation, Valeria can continue her journey towards her dream.
•    Timur Marchenko is a boy with autism for whom socialization and environmental changes have always been a challenge. Timur and his family became internally displaced due to the war, which made his life even more difficult. And the difficult financial situation due to his mother's cancer almost deprived the family of the opportunity to provide him with a stable education. However, thanks to our help, Timur will be able to continue his studies in a comfortable environment.
•    Alisa Sergeyeva has type 1 diabetes, which requires daily insulin injections and a strict daily routine. For her, distance education is an opportunity not only to acquire knowledge but also to adapt her studies to her special needs. Alisa's mother, who is raising her on her own, was unable to finance her education on her own. Our support gave the girl a chance for another year of study in comfortable conditions.
•    Orest Sholodko has progressive Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The boy has already lost the ability to move. For Orest, distance education at Optima School is not only about knowledge, but also about socialization. Thanks to online meetings with his classmates and teachers, he continues to feel supported and communicate, which is extremely important for his emotional state.

Each of these stories is a story of struggle and a big dream, and thanks to the help of caring people and the support of our foundation, Valeria, Timur, Alisa and Orest now have the opportunity to get an education in a comfortable environment.

We are not resting on our laurels. The “ Children’s Future” Foundation continues to look for new opportunities to support children who want to learn but need help. We invite everyone to join our mission, to help financially or to become a personal patron of one of the children in need of support.

Together we can change the future of these children for the better! For more information about our projects, please visit https://childrensfuture.org.ua/uk/our-projects.

Distance education for 100,000 Ukrainian children: international foundations support “Optima” School

The largest distance school in Ukraine "Optima" has implemented a large-scale humanitarian project - free education for 100,000 Ukrainian students.
