Mikhail had lived in Kyiv his whole life, attended school, and was involved in football and judo. At the beginning of the conflict, his father went by car to evacuate a friend's family from an occupied town near Kyiv. Unfortunately, he did not return from this trip, and his body was found several months later. Staying in Kyiv at that time was dangerous, so Mikhail, his mother, and their cat moved to Germany, where they have been living for over a year. Due to psychological issues, studying in the local school has not been successful. Perhaps, "Optima" is the only option for Mikhail to receive formal basic education.
