I am a single father, raising my daughter alone. Aside from my sister, I have no other relatives. Eva's mother is not involved in raising our daughter, does not communicate with her, and does not provide child support. We have been living in Irpin for over two years, where the city was occupied until March 5, 2022. We evacuated and left Ukraine on March 9, 2022. Until June 25, 2022, we lived as refugees in Poland, Spain, and Germany. Due to the military actions, our house was significantly damaged by fire. Almost the entire house burned down and is no longer suitable for habitation, requiring extensive renovation. Three apartments survived in the building, including ours. I restored the necessary utilities, so my daughter and I are living in our home. In the fall of 2022, my daughter Eva's psychosomatic reactions became significantly pronounced with the onset of rocket attacks. After seeking medical attention to understand their nature, we were directed to the inclusive resource center in Irpin

and for psychiatric-neurological examination. At the sessions with the head of the Kyiv Regional Children's Psychiatric Department No. 3, O.A. Knyazeva, and the head of the Children's Department of the Kyiv Central Psychiatric Hospital, V.I. Kharitonov, deviations in my daughter's mental state in the form of psychosomatic reactions, anxiety disorder, panic attacks, and neurosis-like conditions were identified as the consequences of post-traumatic stress disorder, caused by being in a combat zone, an extreme journey of almost 10,000 km, and deterioration due to rocket attacks and power outages in the fall and winter of 2022-2023. The primary reason for contacting these doctors was the referral from the inclusive resource center in Irpin, due to my daughter's dyslexia and psychosomatic reactions, making it impossible for her to follow the school curriculum. Inclusive Resource Center assigned an inclusive form of education for my daughter, Eva. I participated in the defense of Irpin, was injured on March 4, 2022 (a minor shrapnel injury to the leg) and suffered a concussion. At this moment, I have lost my work capacity due to complications after the concussion; my left arm is paralyzed, and I have encephalopathy, among other issues. We are in a difficult financial situation, living in debt, which is why I am reaching out to you for help.
